Chronohenge is a monument made up of a ring of standing stones set on top of floating rocks and is located in the dimensional state of Notturna. The stones are covered in creeping vines. The ground around the stones have some cattail and smaller leafy plants growing on them.[1]

While the battle of Shadow State 2 went on during the Shadow State Rebellion, Axle Rubix was in Chronohenge within Notturna, talking to K'Radley Jupiter.[1]
K'Radley Jupiter appeared before Axle, who was sitting down and eating cookies out of a small bowl, and he told Axle that the battle raging on was just humans and shadow people trying to get his attention, reminding him that he’s seen this before and should just wait as it would blow over like all the other times. Axle noted that the people fighting in the war had forgotten who they were. K'Radley wanted reassurance from Axle that he wasn't going to do something he would regret, after which Axle teleported away to Shadow State Two to interfere in the battle. Left alone in Chronohenge, K'Radley seemed to have the sinking feeling that he was going to do something he’d regret.[1]
